Partnerships
The Cambridge University Free Speech Society convenes speakers, publishes writing, and runs a termly programme of reading and debate at the heart of one of the world's great universities. It reaches students, alumni, and academics who will go on to lead in law, government, business, and the academy.
For an organisation whose work depends on open debate, free inquiry, and the exchange of difficult ideas, a partnership with the Society is a way to stand publicly for those conditions — and to help secure them for the next generation.

To ensure our independence, partners have no say over whom the Society invites, what its members write, or the positions debated. The programme belongs to the membership alone.

Partnerships are acknowledged openly. The Society keeps no hidden supporters, because a forum that hides who funds it forfeits the trust that makes it worth funding.

The Society reserves the right to decline or end any partnership that would compromise its independence or its standing within the University.
